My Role: Graphic & Multimedia Designer.

Case Study

  • The idea to create an image library came from the need to ensure that most of the internal imagery requests were met with more efficacy, freeing up more time for other tasks, while saving up costs and resources.

Nevertheless, it was imperative to keep a cohesive visual language, respect our tone of voice, make the imagery easily accessible and to ensure a high-quality aesthetic.

  • 1. To create high-quality imagery in order to serve the diverse needs of marketing, ux and internal creators.

    2. Ensure the images embody our brand values: encouraging, human and inviting.

    3. Increase efficiency and independence of our teams.

  • Conceptualisation: I’ve conducted internal workshops with the main stakeholders (marketing, UX, sales & employer branding), in order to understand their needs.

Defining the requirements: Authentic, people-focused, with warm colours and showcasing the diversity of the Swiss workforce.

Internal Auditing: Conducted feedback loops with main stakeholders to ensure that the most significant needs were met.

Implementation: I created clear guidelines and mood boards to contextualize and guide our internal creators effectively. I integrated the library into our design system, categorized by themes for easy access and use.

  • 1. Developed 2 AI-driven image libraries (B2B & B2C) with +380 high-quality, cohesive and unique visuals.

    2. Significantly reduced time and costs associated with photoshoots, stock image purchases, and image editing.

    3. Enabled colleagues to use AI tools and templates, freeing up more time for quality assurance.

    4. Achieved a 70% increase in content creation efficiency.
